Online Quran About Us

Online Quran is an affiliate of the Ikhlas Education Centre. You can be rest assured that as an organisation we have been teaching the Quran with Tajweed since 2009 (over 10 years) and have an extensive team of teachers internally and abroad in Egypt.

As pioneers in setting a new standard in our local community for the teaching of Quran with Tajweed, in the English language, this led to other madrassahs adopting our teaching methods, resources and methodology.

In 2016 after extensive research and the power of remote learning we further developed our course and recruited a new team abroad in Egypt. This enabled us to teach more students who were finding it difficult to attend our centre to recite the Quran with perfect Tajweed.

Having run the online course successfully since 2016 we realised that there were many other students in the UK and abroad who still do not have access to good quality tutors or due to distance or other commitments cannot attend an institute for face-to-face lessons.  In 2020 we decided to develop Online Quran, an online portal for local and international students wanting to perfect their recitation of the Quran.

The Ikhlas Education centre is a not for profit organisation and any surplus income received goes to further developing new educational courses and resources for the betterment of our local and wider community.
